- Refund eligibility may vary according to the nature of the Service.
- Unless a separate written refund policy applies:
- Fees for services that have already commenced may generally not be refundable.
- Examination/Competition fees may be non-refundable after the applicable processing stage.
- Registration or administrative charges may be non-refundable.
- Refund requests, where permitted, must be submitted within the applicable period.
- Any approved refund may be subject to applicable payment gateway or administrative deductions.
- Where RAWM cancels or substantially changes a programme, RAWM may provide an alternative arrangement, rescheduling or other appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable programme policy.
