1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms constitute an agreement between the user (“You”, “Your”, “Student”, “Parent/Guardian”, “Centre” or “Institution”, as applicable) and Rhythm Academy of Western Music (“RAWM”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”).
These Terms apply to:

– Students
– Parents and guardians
– Music teachers
– Affiliated institutions
– Centre Heads
– Examination applicants
– Event participants

2. DEFINITIONS

“Parent/Guardian” means the parent or legally responsible guardian of a student who is a minor.

“Examination” means any grade, practical, theory, assessment or other examination conducted or administered by RAWM.
“Learning Materials” means books, notes, worksheets, videos, audio materials, examination materials, digital resources and other educational content supplied by RAWM.
“Services” means all examination, affiliation, training, event, digital and other services provided by RAWM.
“User” means any person accessing or using the Website or Services.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing the Website or using any RAWM Service, You agree to comply with these Terms.
If You are registering a minor, You confirm that You are the student’s parent or legal guardian and have authority to accept these Terms on the student’s behalf.
If You do not agree with these Terms, You should discontinue use of the Website and Services.
RAWM may update these Terms periodically. The version published on the Website will be considered the current version.
4. ELIGIBILITY
RAWM may offer examinations, programmes, competitions and other services for students of different ages and levels.
Where a student is below 18 years of age, registration and participation should be completed with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
RAWM may request additional information where necessary to verify registration, examination or affiliation details.
Providing false, incomplete or misleading information may result in cancellation of registration or withdrawal of access to the relevant Service.
5. REGISTRATION AND USER INFORMATION

7. EXAMINATION REGISTRATION
Submission of an examination form does not necessarily mean that the form is complete or accepted.
RAWM may require:

Incomplete or incorrect submissions may require correction before the examination.
8. EXAMINATION RESULTS
Examination results will be prepared according to the applicable assessment system and evaluation criteria.
RAWM’s academic/examination decision, once formally published, shall be treated as the official result for that examination unless a review or correction process is specifically provided.
Where an administrative or data-entry error is identified, RAWM may correct the relevant record.
9. CERTIFICATES AND DOCUMENTS
Where applicable, RAWM may issue:
– Certificates
– Mark sheets
– Grade certificates
– Participation certificates
– Awards
– Examination documents
– Other academic records
Certificates and documents may be withheld or delayed where required information, fees or verification procedures remain incomplete.
Duplicate or corrected certificates may be subject to applicable administrative charges.
10. AFFILIATION OF INSTITUTIONS
RAWM may provide affiliation opportunities to schools, music academies, teachers and other educational institutions.
Affiliation is subject to RAWM’s applicable eligibility requirements, documentation, approval process and rules.
Affiliation does not automatically authorise an institution to:
– Represent itself as RAWM’s owner
– Alter RAWM certificates
– Change examination rules
– Reproduce RAWM’s official documents
– Use RAWM branding beyond the permitted purpose
– Make commitments on behalf of RAWM
Affiliated institutions must follow the current affiliation and examination guidelines communicated by RAWM.
RAWM may review, suspend or terminate affiliation where an institution violates applicable rules or misuses the RAWM name or materials.
11. FEES AND PAYMENTS
Applicable fees may include:
– Examination fees
– Registration fees
– Competition/event fees
– Learning material charges
– Certificate/document charges
– Other applicable service charges
Fees must be paid according to the applicable payment schedule.
The applicable fee for a particular service will be communicated through the relevant registration form, official notice, invoice or other official RAWM communication.
RAWM may revise fees for future registrations or sessions.
12. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Users should retain payment receipts, transaction IDs or other payment evidence.
Where a payment is made through a third-party payment platform, processing may be subject to the terms and policies of that payment provider.
A payment shown as deducted from the user’s account may still require verification before RAWM treats the transaction as successfully received.
13. REFUND AND CANCELLATION
Refund eligibility may vary according to the nature of the Service.
Unless a separate written refund policy applies:
1. Fees for services that have already commenced may generally not be refundable.
2. Examination fees may be non-refundable after the applicable processing stage.
3. Registration or administrative charges may be non-refundable.

5. Any approved refund may be subject to applicable payment gateway or administrative deductions.
Where RAWM cancels or substantially changes a programme or event, RAWM may provide an alternative arrangement, rescheduling or other appropriate resolution in accordance with the applicable programme policy.
14. LEARNING MATERIALS
RAWM may provide physical or digital learning materials as part of its examination or educational programmes.
Learning materials may include:
– Books
– Notes
– Worksheets
– Videos
– Audio resources
– Practice exercises
– Syllabus documents
– Examination preparation materials
Materials supplied to a student are intended for educational use.
They may not be copied, scanned, reproduced, sold, uploaded, redistributed or commercially exploited without written permission from RAWM.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The RAWM name, logo, branding, educational content, original materials, Website content, graphics, videos, documents and other original intellectual property are protected by applicable laws.
No user may reproduce or commercially use RAWM intellectual property without appropriate permission.

All students, parents, teachers and affiliated centres are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour.
The following conduct may result in disciplinary action:
– Abusive language
– Threatening behaviour
– Harassment
– Discrimination
– Intentionally disrupting RAWM activities
– Misrepresentation of RAWM
– Fraudulent activity
– Examination malpractice
– Unauthorised recording or distribution of RAWM content
– Misuse of RAWM materials
– Repeated violation of official instructions
18. USE OF WEBSITE
Users agree not to:
– Attempt unauthorised access to the Website
– Interfere with Website operation
– Upload malicious software
– Use automated systems to damage or misuse the Website

By accessing the RAWM Website, applying for affiliation, submitting an examination form, making a payment, participating in an examination, event or other RAWM Service, You acknowledge that You have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
