RAWM offers a structured Electronic Keyboard Grade Examination designed to assess a student’s musical knowledge, technical skills and performance ability. The graded curriculum progresses from Pre Grade 1 to Grade 8 and includes theory, scales, hand coordination, patterns, arpeggios, inversions, harmonies, musical exercises and performance skills.
The examination is divided into two parts:
Theory Examination – Offline
Practical Examination – Online, One-to-One
The practical assessment focuses on technical ability, notation and the student’s own-choice performance piece. The complete grade examination carries 100 marks: 60 Practical + 40 Theory.
